Kiran Nonwovens makes needle-punched felt for vehicle interiors and for any application where noise, vibration and heat need to be controlled. Manufactured from polyester and polypropylene fibres, our automotive felts combine sound absorption, thermal insulation and cushioning in a lightweight, resilient structure.
The range covers automotive needle-punched felt for carpet backing, floor mats, boot liners, parcel trays, door panels and headliners; acoustic and thermal insulation felt for interiors, engine compartments and roof liners; and NVH fabric designed specifically to reduce noise, vibration and harshness.
The felts are easy to cut, mould, laminate, stitch and die-cut, so they move straight into component production. GSM, thickness, density, width, colour and fibre blend are set to each component’s requirement.
