Nonwoven geotextile · Jaipur, India
Non woven geotextile manufacturer in India
Needle punched nonwoven geotextile in polyester and PP, made to your specification at our manufacturing partner’s plant in Phagi, Jaipur, and exported to buyers worldwide.
A nonwoven geotextile is a needle punched fabric that sits in the ground and does one of four jobs: it separates two layers of soil or stone, filters water while holding soil back, drains water along its own plane, or protects a membrane or pipe. This page sets out what we supply for those jobs and how an order works.
The fabric is made to order. You give us the application, fibre, weight and width, we confirm a specification and a sample, and the roll is produced against it. Your project specification sets the weight and any test values; we do not quote one weight for every job.
We are an exporter working with a manufacturing partner. Miracle Nonwoven Industries is our manufacturing partner, a Jaipur manufacturer of all types of nonwoven felts. Kiran Nonwovens materials are produced at their factory in Phagi, Jaipur, against the specification agreed with each buyer. The manufacturing page sets out the processes.

Plainly
What we do not supply
We make needle punched and thermal bonded nonwovens only. We do not make woven geotextile, geogrid or geocell, geomembrane or liners, erosion-control mats, jute or coir netting, or gabion mesh, and we do not install. If your drawing calls for one of those, you will buy it elsewhere; the woven vs nonwoven guide helps tell which your job needs.
Test values on a project come from an independent laboratory, not from us. If your specification names a test, tell us which one and whose method before production, and confirm the current edition of any standard with your engineer.

Specification
Choosing the fibre and the weight
PP, virgin or recycled
The usual geotextile fibre: economical and resistant to soil chemistry. It weakens under long sunlight exposure, so cover it soon after laying.
Polyester
Supplied where the specification calls for polyester. The trade-off against PP depends on the job and the soil.
Weight (GSM)
Set by the design: soil, load and how the fabric is placed. Confirm against a sample before bulk.
Roll width and length
Matched to the layout, so overlaps and waste work out. Say what suits your crew and your site.

Nonwoven geotextile: common questions
What is nonwoven geotextile?
A needle punched fabric, made by punching barbed needles through a web of fibre so the fibres tangle together. It separates, filters, drains or protects in the ground. The nonwoven geotextile guide explains each job.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an exporter working with a manufacturing partner. Miracle Nonwoven Industries makes the material at its plant in Phagi, Jaipur, against the specification agreed with each buyer.
What GSM and width can you make?
100 to 1200 GSM, in roll widths of 5.0–5.2 m, slit narrower if your layout needs it. Your specification sets the weight; roll weight and coverage shows how to work out quantity.
Do you make woven geotextile or geogrid?
No. We make needle punched and thermal bonded nonwoven fabric only.
Can you supply to a project specification?
Send the specification with the enquiry and we will say whether the material we make suits it. Test reports come from an independent laboratory, and the current edition of any standard should be confirmed with your engineer.
Are samples free?
Yes, free, to any location. How long a sample takes to reach you depends on where you are.
