What is made here
The capability, in plain figures
- Processes — needle punched + thermal bonded
- Weight range — 100–1200 GSM
- Roll width — 5.0 – 5.2 m
- Fibre — polyester, PP (virgin or recycled), viscose and blends
- Thickness, roll length and colour — set per order to your requirement
Thickness, roll length and colour are not fixed figures — they are set for each order, which is why they are quoted against a specification rather than listed. See how GSM works if you are not sure what weight your job needs.

Before you enquire
Reading that saves a round of questions
Every material here is made to order, so a price cannot be given without a specification. These guides cover the decisions that come up first:
- Nonwoven manufacturers in India — which process suits which product
- Needle punched vs thermal bonded — how the two differ
- GSM in nonwoven fabric — choosing a weight
- Polyester vs polypropylene — choosing a fibre
- The quote checklist — what to send with an enquiry

Common questions
Where is Kiran Nonwovens based?
Our office is in Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The material is produced at our manufacturing partner’s factory in Phagi, Jaipur. Both addresses are on the contact page.
Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
Neither exactly. Kiran Nonwovens exports material made at the plant of its manufacturing partner, Miracle Nonwoven Industries, to the specification agreed with each buyer — not bought ready-made on the open market. The manufacturing page explains the arrangement.

Yes, samples are free. Describe the application through the enquiry form, or send a swatch of the material you use today.
How quickly can you dispatch an order?
Usually 4–5 days after the order is confirmed. The minimum quantity is agreed with each order rather than fixed.
