If you are looking for a needle punched felt manufacturer in India, this is what we supply and how an order works. The felt is made to order: you give us the application, fibre, weight and width, we confirm a specification and a sample, and the roll is produced against it.
We are an exporter working with a manufacturing partner. Miracle Nonwoven Industries is our manufacturing partner, a Jaipur manufacturer of all types of nonwoven felts. Kiran Nonwovens materials are produced at their factory in Phagi, Jaipur, against the specification agreed with each buyer. The manufacturing page sets out the processes.

Fibre
Choosing the fibre
Polyester
Recovers its loft after compression and does not absorb moisture, so it holds shape in padding, lining, automotive and flooring work.
PP, virgin or recycled
The economical choice for geotextile, carpet backing and packaging felt. Recycled PP is available where the job allows it.
Viscose
Soft and absorbent. Chosen where feel and moisture handling matter more than resilience, as in cast padding.
Custom blend
Fibres combined to balance softness, loft, strength and cost for an application no standard grade fits.
Applications

Needle punched felt: common questions
What is needle punched felt?
A nonwoven fabric made by punching barbed needles through a web of fibre, which tangles the fibres together without weaving, knitting or adhesive. Density and thickness are set by how heavily the web is needled. See needle punched vs thermal bonded for how it differs from the other main process.
What GSM and width can you make?
100 to 1200 GSM, in roll widths of 5.0–5.2 m. Thickness and colour are set per order. GSM in nonwoven fabric explains how weight relates to thickness and feel.
Which fibres do you offer?
Polyester, PP (virgin or recycled), viscose and custom blends. The right one depends on the job; polyester vs polypropylene sets out the trade-off.
Where is the felt made?
At the plant of our manufacturing partner, Miracle Nonwoven Industries, in Phagi, Jaipur. Kiran Nonwovens agrees the specification with you and exports against it. We are not a trading house buying ready-made stock.
What is the minimum order and how long does dispatch take?
The minimum is agreed per order, and dispatch is usually 4–5 days from order confirmation. A sample is free, to any location, and how long it takes to reach you depends on where you are.
Do you supply finished parts or only rolls?
Rolls. The standard roll is 50 m, with other lengths on request, packed in a poly bag on a paper core or in HDPE wrap. The felt is made to be cut, stitched, laminated and moulded on your own line.
