North America

Nonwoven felt supplier from India for North American importers.

Needle punched and thermal bonded nonwoven felt and geotextile, 100–1200 GSM, made to your specification and shipped from India to 3 markets across North America.

We supply from one place: our manufacturing partner, Miracle Nonwoven Industries, in Phagi, Jaipur. You agree the specification with us, approve a sample, and the order is produced and shipped against it, so a question about the material is answered by the people who make it.

What the material is used for

Across North America.

Canada. Canadian buyers commonly specify geotextile for civil, drainage and erosion-control work across long, cold-climate projects, and felt for automotive and industrial processing.

Mexico. Mexico combines a large automotive supply chain with a footwear and apparel industry, so buyers often look for automotive and NVH felt, shoe-lining nonwovens and industrial felt.

United States. US buyers source nonwovens for road and drainage works, vehicle interiors, footwear and apparel components and industrial felt, usually through importers and distributors who stock to a fixed specification.

North America: what buyers ask us first

Which ports in North America do you ship to?

We coordinate shipment to your port of choice. The ports buyers in North America most often use are listed above, destination by destination. Tell us yours with the enquiry and we will confirm how the order ships.

Which countries in North America do you supply?

Canada, Mexico and United States. If your country is not listed, send the enquiry anyway — the material and the process are the same, and the destination mainly affects packing and paperwork.

What do buyers in North America settle first?

It varies by destination — the table above sets out what each one usually asks about. Across the region it comes down to the specification, the paperwork your customs broker needs, and consistency from one shipment to the next.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It is agreed per order, as it depends on the material, GSM and how much is customised. Tell us the product and quantity you need and our export team will confirm it with your quote.

How soon is an order dispatched?

Usually 4–5 days from order confirmation to dispatch from Jaipur. Sea transit to your port comes on top of that and depends on the route and sailing.

Can you match a nonwoven we already buy?

Yes. Send the specification, or a sample if you have one, and we will quote against it. Fibre, GSM, thickness, width and colour can all be set to match.

Can we see a sample before ordering?

Yes, samples are free, to North America as anywhere else; delivery time depends on where you are. Test the material in your own process before a bulk order.
